Online Training

We understand that training is the basis for any successful transaction. As such, we provide a welcome kit along with an online training link upon successful registration. The training provides all steps to be taken for a successful VAT refund to be issued to tourists. 

If you wish, we can also provide in-person training if needed, after the successful completion of the online training program.
